I JOINED A CREDIT UNION BECAUSE I THOUGHT THAT CREDIT UNIONS CARED MORE ABOUT THERE MEMBERS THAN A REGULAR BANK.SO WRONG.I COULD GO ON & ON ABOUT BAD EXPERIENCES I HAVE HAD. BUT THE MOST RECENT WAS ON CHRISTMAS EVE DAY WHEN THE CREDIT UNION WAS CLOSED (HAD A SIGN POSTED FOR WEEKS BEFORE STATING CLOSED DEC.24TH & 25TH) I WAITED TIL THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS TO MAKE MY DEPOSIT BECAUSE I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION CLOSED MENT CLOSED THAT NOTHING WOULD GO THROUGH MY ACCOUNT AFTER $650 IN FEES I FOUND OUT I WAS WRONG.CLOSED ONLY MENT I COULD NOT MAKE A DEPOSIT. BUT THEN AFTER CALLING I WAS INFORMED THAT I SHOULD HAVE USED THE NIGHT DROP BOX EVEN THOUGH THE BOX CLEARLY STATES SAYS NO CASH *CHECKS ONLY* AND I ONLY HAD CASH. AFTER EXPLAINING TO THEM THAT THERE WAS A SIGN SAYING I COULD NOT USE THE NIGHT DROP FOR A CASH DEPOSIT - THE WOMAN I SPOKE WITH DID EVERYTHING BUT TELL ME I WAS LYING ABOUT THE SIGN- I ACTUALLY HAD TO GO TO MY CREDIT UNION TAKE A PICTURE OF THE NIGHT DROP BOX AND EMAIL IT TO HER. NOT THAT IT DID ANYTHING TO HELP WITH THE $650 IN FEES THEY CHARGED ME. MERRY CHRISTMAS I GUESS......
