Normally I love this place, but I think it is going down hill rapidly. The service has slipped to an all time low and it spans several employees and at least 1 of the 6 owners. With this establishment having that many different owners I am not surprised that the structure is falling apart. I ordered our food, and it was very chaotic, it didn't seem like anyone really knew what there jobs were. The area where you sit was full so we decided to sit in the tables in the enclosed patio area where you could still hear them call the numbers over the loud speaker and see them prepare the food; our number was never called over the loud speaker. Our food sat on the top getting cold, We didn't even recognize it as our order as half of it was missing and had corn which we did not order and it was covered in old bay which we ordered it without. When I asked where my 2 lbs of crab legs were, a lady behind the counter asked another worker who responded to her ""Well, he's sh*t out of luck"". We requested to see a manager and while waiting two employees flipped each other off. When we complained with the one owner, Bud, his response was ""What do you want me to do about it?"" Unacceptable! If he would have at least acted sympathetic, I would have thought twice about coming back. As it is, I'm not even going to bother.
