First, the positive reviews listed are plants. The guy involved with this company, Patt Daugherty, is a rip off con artist, drug addiction user, lying SOB. He has no license for building concrete structures which is required in the State of Texas nor has experience. He is also owner of Liquid Dreams Customs Pools whereby he was under investigation for contract fraud by detectives with Travis County. This came about after 40 homeowners and vendors submitted complaints of having money given to Daugherty. He used the money to pay other outstanding bills and his own personal use consequently never having the integrity to start or finish the pools jobs he contracted for and leaving homeowners with excavated holes in their back yards, leaking pools, etc. Daugherty lies about everything including his experience and capabilities. This information can be confirmed by the White Collar Crime Unit. In addition, go to Travis County website dealing with judgments. He has many listed against him. Those people with judgments against him should be your references; not the phony ones his gives out. If you are stupid enough to hire Daugherty, pay very little up front; he will demand at least 50%. Don't pay the remainder until he is finished and ALL city inspections have been finalized. If the job is expensive, put the money into escrow. He will want payment either by cash or money order. This guy will be investigated by the IRS.
