I gave one star because you have to give at least one. The manager of this Co. came to my house to measure for 2 mirrors. He took half the cost as deposit and said mirrors would be in 7-10 days. 15 days later, I called to see where the mirrors were and was told I'd get a call back. No calls back, I proceeded to call day after day (never a returned call) and finally had to threaten them to get them to come out. They came with the mirrors (grossly mis-measured) couldn't be installed, so I told them I wanted my money back. In the meantime, they had my credit card info. to charge at the completion of the job....they charged my credit card without authorization just days after taking the original order. I only found this out when I got my credit card statement. I've now paid interest for 1 month and they still won't return my calls and now I have to sue them for my money back. I've filed a complaint with BBB. This company is incredibly unprofessional, they are not skilled, and they NEVER return calls. Also, note that they are almost double the price and in some cases more than double other estimates that I have received since. They clearly have no intention of returning my money and now I am forced to hire an Attorney. This company needs to be closed.
