I would love to be writing a glowing review of Steve's services, unfortunately I never experienced them. I called middle of the week, set appt for 6PM Fri., he called about 4pm Fri to say van in shop, I agreed to resch. 5pm Sat. No show on Sat, he called about 6:30pm to say sorry his Mom in hospital could I please resch Sun at 6PM. I said perhaps should wait till his Mom ok. but he insisted he would show up for sure on Sun. Well it is almost 7pm Sun & NO SHOW- NO CALL. Perhaps Steve is going thru a bad time, but his behavior has been totally unprofessional & inconsiderate. I was so excited to find such a highly recommended groomer so close by & am very disappointed & so is my scruffy little rescue Peanut.
Pros: Have heard Steve is a great groomer
Cons: Totally unreliable, did not even call on last no show
