To all of my super awesome clients. It now has been 6 months since ive opened my pet mobile salon, since janurary ive gone from 3 clients to 238 clients since ive last checked my client database last nite 06/20/09 . i am so greatful to be blessed with the amount of clients i have in such a short amount of time. many of you have had concerns such as, iam using a mobile pet salon because i never want my precioius pet kenneled, or iam limited to moving around and you are very convienent for me to, or your pet styles are so meticulous and precise i never have to ask you how i want my dog groomed because it always steve that grooms my pet unlike alot of stationary grooming shops that usually assigns grooms to groomers that are available and have to make an attempt to read the instructions that were written on their folder and pray to god that it comes out looking like they wanted it. to all of my existing clients and many more to come in the future i thank you from the bottom of my heart!! i had absolutely no idea that my client percentage during these 6 months had reached over 400 % !!! to all of my future potential clients this message is for you - my philosophy is i will never kennel a pet - each and every pet is considered to be a family member, your family member. using the newest and best products for your pets according to their needs. applying my 18 years of experience into each and every pet and not treating them as if they are being placed on a conveyor belt ""next"" i will listen to your needs and you will know and feel this. my rates are unbelievely reasonable because i have no gas fuel surcharges or hidden fees. what i quote you on is exactly what you pay. let me tell you this, each and every pet that is groomed at your home enjoys the fact that he or she is not that far from home. during these 18 years of styling pet hair i have trained many of people and have given alot of shops my ideas and creativity and have decided that its now my time to shine on my own. i promised my self that even though i can now open at least 4 more mobile pet salons, "" i will not do this"" financialy i can but i wont. i feel that what i have learned and how i can do what i do, i have to do this on my own. weve often said this to ourselves only i can do what i do because i know its being done right. sounds somewhat cocky but thats i feel. if i wasnt doing what i do right , i probably wouldnt have such a high client increase in such a short amount of time. please feel free to contact me at anytime regarding any questions and concerns you might have concerning your loved one or about myself. i look foward to hearing from you. steve alonzo owner and artist of ""best In Show"" mobile pet salon
