My boyfriend and I relocated to NY and decided we wanted to look for an apartment in Astoria. We would call other realtors about a listing I saw online, see the place, say no, and we would never hear from the agent again - despite filling out loads of paperwork describing what we wanted. Most realtors wanted us to do all the leg work of searching! After calling Jenna from Astoria Apartment not only was she overly friendly, but showed us multiple properties, on multiple days trying to find us the best apartment. Another plus was that many of their listings are exclusive because they are well known in the community. AND, they only charge a one month fee when other companies are charging 12%! Even when we had decided on a place, Jenna phoned me one night with an EVEN better place that ended up being our dream apartment! Everyone in the office is helpful and they really did an amazing job in helping us find the perfect place. Thanks guys!
