I was surprisingly thrilled with the results of my recent appointment. First of all, the owner actually did the work rather than some scary employee. He was clean cut, professonial and really worked hard to make sure everything looked good before he left. I have three kids & I didn't think my carpet would ever look decent again, but it looks SOOO good. I was so happy that my carpets dried quickly. I have always hated having to wait forever (days sometimes!) for my carpet to dry after being cleaned, but they were dry in just a little over an hour. I will definitely use Heaven's Best again!!!!
