Janet lin's office can't be beat! i started with janet when she had just began her practice back in 2000. at that time she hadn't even set up her office yet, and was sharing space at corporate near fisherman's wharf. janet is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. even as her business has grown over the years, we have always felt that ""personal touch"" and that we are getting the best possible rates with a reputable and reliable company. for the last few years we have been working directly with anita who has also been just great. anita has been extremely patient and knowledgeable and has always taken time to answer our questions (either by phone or email, whatever we prefer!) about policies, claims, premiums, strategy: anything we have needed as our insurance situation has evolved over time. of course insurance is usually about hedging risk by paying premiums (boo!) while hoping for the best should you ever need to make a claim. recently we (finally! after all these years) needed to make a claim as the furnace died in the home we had just moved into. janet's office couldn't have made it easier, or settled the claim any faster or in a fairer manner. we were able to take care of the claim and replace the furnace (which controls the AC) just in time to beat a heat wave! with small children in the home, we were very much relieved to have our AC running again in a timely manner. so if you are considering working with janet's office, don't hesitate. you won't regret it!
