Review content:
I do not typically write reviews but this restaurant was simply extraordinary. I was a little intimated at first when reading the menu as the chef combines ingredients one might not think of putting together (such as the. Rock Shrimp Martini which has avocado and sour apple or the Black Truffle Pizza - my favorite which has grilled lemon, spicy lamb sausage, potato confit and the Black Tea Glazed Spare Ribs - that you eat with Spicy Ginger Ice Cream!) but I went in with open arms and was simply amazed by the flavors and food I was trying. I went for with my husband and parents for my birthday and we ordered 15 courses (they are small plates) and they did a great job of coursing it out throughout the evening - what an experience! The desserts are equally good - we loved the Spicy Chocolate Creme Brulee. I cannot wait to go back!
Pros: incredible food, menu is always changing, romantic
Cons: books up quickly
