They came out and measured to install wood to match existing floor very large area, we also accepted there bit to install it and purchase the wood from them. They had sold us wrong wood but there installers caught it, no refund, then would not refund the installation deposit of 4000 for work not performed with wrong material. after months we got back 3000 and just ate the cost of the wood used in another area. had to pu check at the bayview, sugarland tx in person they wouldnt even mail it.
