First, I would like to point out that the vast majority of the positive reviews listed here are FAKE. If you look at the dates for all the positive posts, you will see that they are all within the same month, and a day or two apart from each other- very odd. Then, try clicking on the user- all have either only 1 review (bark) or they have all reviewed the same 3 places: bark, a dermatologist and a car repair center. Check out Yelp for the real deal.
I took my dog to bark for daycare and boarding for a year. The only reason I stayed so long is due to the three wonderful staff members that seemed to really love my dog. The only issues would occur when Jennifer, the owner, would come into any situation- I really question whether Jennifer loves dogs at all and if she has any business sense whatsoever. She is extremely abrasive and even her staff dislikes her. If you have any problems, be ready for Jennifer to not only dismiss your concerns, but she'll be sure to say something horrible about your pup as well.
With all the doggie daycares out there (especially in the west loop), be sure to check out other places before deciding on this one.
