Review content:
First of all working in a professional venue most of my life, being raised around businesses of all arenas, I was shocked to say the least to hear of the irresponsibility of KAY JEWELERS.
You must realize that when a CUSTOMER has a GREAT experience they tell 1 person and that person may tell another person. BUT as you know when a CUSTOMER have an UNPLEASANT experience they tell at least 3 people and those 3 people tell others. Do you see my point?
There is absolutely NO EXCUSES for losing jewelry!! And not only are you responsible for replacing that lost item, you also are liable legally and should FEEL very lucky that it wasn't my jewelry that you distributed negligently to the WRONG customer. $25 is CLEARLY not enough to fix the problem you have caused. $25 is basically an insult especially when you can be SUED for so much more.
You better believe that I will be telling everyone I know that is in the market for jewelry not to shop @ Kay Jewelers. I am embarrassed for your company and would quickly terminate all employees involved in this situation as an ""apology"" for the mistake your company made. I will also be taking this to the Corporate division.
Merry Christmas!
Cons: Unprofessional and irresponsible
