Well I let Roger and William, talk me into buying windows impact from them, they said theres were the best, I ordered them on 11/19/09,, it is now 5/14/10 and I still do not have them, I have given them 7800 dollars already, and fear that they are going out of buisness, even if they don't I would not recommend them to my worst enemy, They are not easy to get into contact with, and they do not tell the truth.\r
