There aren't enough stars here to rate Dr. Randall Cannon. I have five dogs, so obviously going to the vet is a more frequent occurrence for me than most people. I had been to several ""recommended"" vets in the area and always left feeling the doctor wasn't really concerned about my animal. I put out an email at the high school where I teach, asking for help. Dr. Cannon's name was WAY at the top of the list. I've been going to him for years now and he truly is the most knowledgeable, sensitive and caring vet I have ever met ( and I have had dogs all my life!) I would have lost a couple of my animals years ago if it weren't for him. This vet is a vegan because his love for animals is so strong. He also actively supports all sorts of animal organizations and causes. He treats your pet like he would treat his own. I am so grateful to have him as my vet --he is one in a million! Even when one of my dogs tried to snap at him, instead of losing his patience, he kept calmly talking to her as if it had never happened. I can't say enough good things about him. He truly does go above and beyond. Further, he doesn't suggest procedures that are not necessary. He is honest and his concern is about your pet, not his wallet. How many vets would call you (during AND after hours) to check on your pet? Dr. Cannon has a wonderful staff too - their dedication and love for animals is obvious too. He is .....hands down.........the best vet you will ever find.
