We have been dealing with Best Carpets and Sam the salesman for years. Between our church, my home and another person at our church with rental property we have never had any problems and been very satisfied with the work and the prices. That's why we keep coming back to them. We have had carpet, tile, hardwood floor and linoleum done by them and all have been installed by excellent workman. \r
I did read the other review and call the store about it as we were just getting another bid for carpet and wanted to know if things had changed. It seems the reviewer left out a few details. The reviewer didn't mention was that when this delay happened was last fall when there was bad weather - ice storms etc. down south and the carpet mill stopped all their trucks so it was late coming in and their store was not notified. They made up for it by coming the following day and getting two crews in and got several days work done in one day, moving the furniture etc for free and she seemed happy. This review was written several months after the installation. You might notice she has not complaints with the install job. \r
Her poor review prompted me to write this one. Again, we've had multiple contacts with them and always been pleased. If you look at the other reviews on yahoo, you will find her's was the only negative one out of all those written. I hope you’ll give them a try and I’m sure you’ll be pleased with the results.\r
