Review content:
I should have known when I took my car down to Integrity Muffler and there were no other customers in sight. I figured I was just early. Everything seemed ok until I came back to pick my car up. I noticed a few flaws which they adjusted but it wasn't until I took my car to the tire shop that I noticed all of their crappy work. When the tire tach put my car on the lift I see welds that look like a blind folded 4 year old had done. To make matters worse, I had a total of 10 exhaust leaks due to their poor workmanship. STAY AWAY FROM INTEGRITY MUFFLER IN PINOLE. When it comes to your car, never take chance with places you don't know about. Here is what I learned -Look for reviews and ask around -Run if the place is always empty -A good muffler place has lines out the door and you wil have to book an appointment -Check out the guy who's actually doing the work, to see if he is easily frustrated, seems to ask the seasoned techs lots of questions, and just in general seems like a lazy guy, short cut type of person. -If a simple job takes hours, you have an amateur on your hands.
