Quit cheating your customers if you want to stay in business! This place is a total rip-off! If I could give them a negative score, I would. Some friends and I rented a boat from this place for Memorial Day weekend. My part of the expense was the anchoring fee, which was $650.00. I gave them my credit card number over the phone. Big mistake!!! When I received my credit card statement, they had charged me an additional $1000.00! They said I had authorized the charge and they had a contact stating so. I had NEVER signed a contract, and the one they faxed to me as proof had a forged signature. I called the manager, and he said I owed the money then hung up on me! My advice to anyone wanting to rent on Lake Travis is to go somewhere else, or pay this place in cash up front.
