My family have been regular patrons of Thai Ginger for a few years now. While a recent change of ownership has, in my opinion, resulted in a slight lessening in the quality of the food, it's still one of the best Thai restaurants I've been to in Portland. To describe it another way, Thai Ginger used to be my favorite Thai restaurant in town; it is now perhaps my second favorite. Despite the different ownership, however, many of the wait staff are the same, and they are always happy to see us. I have never had anything but good experiences there, both in terms of the food and in terms of the service.\r

I do wish they'd move to a nicer location, though. ;)
