I was referred by a persian friend to this los angeles rug cleaning plant. She uses them always for her fine persian rugs. Wow I was so amazed to see how many rugs are here for cleaning. It's like walking into a museum of beautiful rugs everywhere. Anyhow, I have a flokati rug which was really dirty with urine odor from my new puppy and required a major wash. They informed me that they might have to wash the rug twice with odor treatments to get the smell completely out but only charged me for one wash. They are really honest. The rug came out beautiful and the smell was out. I will definitely use this company again and have referred my friends.
