They don't call when they say that they will. Even though I just needed an estimate on a repair they didn't contact me for over a week despite telling me twice in the meantime that they would call before within a or 2 days. The third time I called, I got the same treatment (We'll call you tomorrow) Instead, I just picked up the item. The woman asked me not to come back because she felt I was rude for taking the item back. Don't worry, since you don't follow through on what you say you'll do, I won't be back.
