Review content:
I never went to Bob's MC World when Bob owned it - maybe it was a great place back then. Now it's owned by some guy named Johnny who fails to impress. I went for a handlebar swap (I provided the handlebars) and some new grips and walked out the door with a clutch so tight I couldn't pull it in and with an entire right side assembly that came loose on the way back home. I had the privilege of paying $100 for this and the way Johnny explained it it was a great deal. Of course, that great deal entailed 5 days of telephone calls trying to find out when this ""1-hour"" job would be completed. Johnny guaranteed me overnite delivery of the grips which came 5 days later - I found that out on the 4th day of the 6 days Johnny had my bike - then it took 2 more days to get the bike - all tolled these minor fixes required no less that 30 un-returned phone calls (actually Johnny really did call me back one time after I had hounded his receptionist for 4 straight hours)., \r

I decided to go to Bob's because of past positive reviews - obviously these reviews were written by Johnny and his friends. If you want a pile of nonsense, bloated charges, and poor workmanship then Bob's MC World is your place to go. Make sure you look at the beautiful hardwood floor in the showroom because it's the only positive thing you'll get to experience.
Pros: Next to the L
