I would not give the Ashley's Furniture Store in Union, MO any stars, but I had to for this site.
I purchased furniture in November 2010 and am still waiting for an issue to be resolved. I contacted the corporate Ashley Furniture and was told that they are concerned about my situation, but the Union, MO store is independently owned so they make their own policies.
Lesson learned: DON'T BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND OR GUARANTEE THEIR PRODUCT! FIND A BETTER QUALITY FURNITURE STORE AND PAY THE LITTLE EXTRA FOR GOOD QUALITY AND SERVICE!! YOU'LL AVOID A LOT OF STRESS!
