Review content:
The first time I used Innovative, I'd had it with my car alarm. It kept draining my battery. In frustration, I pulled it out by its wires. They took us immediately and professionally completed the ""repair"". \r

Next, we had a new truck and had the dealer install a car alarm. What we didn't know is that the dealer used RC Willey for the install. After a while, the door locks wouldn't engage. It didn't take Innovative long to find that the initial install wasn't done very well and that our alarm was dangling by a wire. They fixed the problem the first time.
