I called The Blindman & a few of their competitors when I was looking into getting blinds in my new home. I was in a hurry to get them ordered & installed because I had company coming into town. I talked to a guy that works for The Blindman who does bids for them. I asked him if he could come out the next morning as early as possible so I could meet with him before I went to work. He did. He was very pleasent to deal with, he gave me all my options & told me his opinion when I asked. He was very educated on the products & prices. I was so pleased with his attitude, honesty & the product that I placed my order that morning. He also told me they were running a coupon but it hadn't mailed out yet but he gave me the discounted price anyways! The price was about $300 cheaper than others prices! He said it would be a couple of weeks until they could install. I asked if I could pay extra to have them rushed & installed this week. He said he would do what he could. Another Blindman employee came out that Friday night at 7 or 8 pm to install my blinds (& he was SO fast) just so I could have them in by saturday when my company arrived. They didn't charge me any extra for this either. I was so pleased with their customer service. My blinds are beautiful & I love them. I would highly recommend The Blindman to everyone.
