ARRIVED AT STOP AND LUBE, 11.45 AM. GREETED BY EMPLOYEES. WAITED FOR STALL TO CLEAR THEN ADVISED EMPLOYEE I WOULD DRIVE NEW CORVETTE CONVERTIBLE ONTO PIT AREA AND EMPLOYEE AGREED. SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. ALL DID SUPER AND COMPLIMENTED MY CAR. UPON COMPLETION AND WHILE PAYING FOR SERVICES, EMPLOYEE BY NAME OF ROY WAS BEING LOUD AND VERY RUDE ABOUT CAR MAKING OBSCENE STATEMENTS ABOUT CAR AND OR PEOPLE THET DROVE THEM. ALL THIS WHILE OTHER CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES LISTENED. STOP AND LUBE IS A FINE ESTABLISHMENT BUT THIS ""ROY"" IS DEGRADING AND BAD FOR BUSINESS, I THANKED THE HANDS-ON EMPLOYEES AND I WISH I COULD HAVE SAID ONLY GOOD REVIEW, BUT I FEEL INSULTED BY THE ACTIONS OF THIS INDIVIDUAL. I WILL ADVISE THE REST OF OUR CORVETTE CLUB MEMBERS OF WHAT TO EXPECT FROM ""ROY"". MY NAME IS ALBERTO ORTEGA 57 YRS. OF AGE. RESPECTABLE MEMBER OF OUR CITY.
