This store is absolutely horrible! I went in to ship some stuff to a family member in the hospial and had to wait almost 10 minutes before being helped even though there were 3 people that i could see as workers in the store. one was vacuuming and just kept on doing that even though i was waiting to be helped. Another sat and kept talking to a customer even though she was already done with her transaction!! I knew there was a reason why I always went to the UPS Store in Round Rock off of I-35. Never again will I go to this dump!!
