DO NOT Rent from these people. I rented a house that they tried to ""flip"" before they listed it for rent. They used substandard paint and equipment to repair the home. They sent a ""handyman"" out to replace broken appliances, heaters, water heaters, etc. and I do not believe he has the proper license as a plummer to do this work. It would take him several different visits to fix one problem resulting in me loosing time from work.\r
Upon move out I cleaned the house (it was dirty when I moved in) but did not clean up the back yard. They kept my full deposit sending a list of riduculous so- called repairs they made. When I asked Mrs. Ochoa for copies of the receipts, I never heard from them again. I do not feel this company is ethical or honest and would not recommend them as realtors or land lords.
