My grandmother had paid for her funeral services, many years ago. The rosary and viewing was held here at El Paso Mission Funeral Home. It was incredibly unorganized. There is a serious lack of communication between the staff and the family. I had to keep calling to confirm times, several times. The day of the viewing, I came by to make sure everything had been set up, and no one would come out to talk to me. We constantly had to keep going into their back offices to find someone to direct us. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My grandmother deserved better.
