Review content:
Extremely Horrible service. Very rude and insulting behavior. Please avoid. I generally avoid writing bad about others but these people crossed the limits. Firstly the guy who came to our house (Butch) was an extremely rude guy - no courtesy - no manners - and that's not important - but when we showed our dishwasher problem - he could not locate the problem and just opened up the machine, re-assembled it, told us to check it a few more times and left. And now when we are calling him back again because it still does not work - he screams back at us very rudely and says he has no time for next 5 days. When we called the office number - the lady there too supports him and said that he has no time for next 1 week and even says that I can go back to the insurance agency and get someone else.
I'd not even give them 1 star - but that's the lowest I can give them. Please avoid them to avoid disappointment unless if you want to wait for over 3 weeks for your appliance to be repaired and that to after hearing all rude and insulting talk from them.
Whatever happened to those nice people with good customer service and a smile on their face?
