Bubba's Texas Burger Shack

Review content:
It is most likely that you would never and probably do not aspire to eat at a shack under a highway, even when lured by the promise of tasty burgers. Yet this is no ordinary shack and these are no ordinary burgers. This is THE shack that was miraculously spared when an entire highway was built, and these are the tastiest burgers in town. Forget the premiums of grass-fed beef and think bigger. Bigger like bison. Think Bubba’s.
Bubba’s is authentically Texan in every way from the road food style posters on the wall to the lone star paraphernalia and St. Arnold’s dominant beverage selections. Patrons are always pleasant and everything is served with genuine warmth.
In short, Bubba’s is my happy place. When I feel the weight of the world crushing down upon me, I head to the shack under the highway for a double buffalo burger and a cold St. Arnold’s root beer.
