Review content:
ABSOLUTELY terrible. Not only did they lie about the condition of the car, it wasn't
even the same as what they had advertised online! I've dealt with numerous problems
with my new RX-8, and had issues the first day that I drove it off the lot. I've been
dealing with these people for over a MONTH now and every time it's the same thing. I
get nothing but unreliable service and they give me the run-around. The sales manager
insulted my intelligence on multiple occasions, and didn't seem to care at all when the
issues with my car could have been life threatening. To top it all off, after an entire
month of one problem after the next I noticed that when I purchased my car, the
inspection sticker had been expired 4 months previous to me buying the car. My question
is, how do you sell a Mazda certified vehicle and the registration be expired?
These people are crooks. Absolute. Crooks. I'll never buy from them again, and I would
never recommend them to anyone (especially my friends and family). I spent $20,000 on a
car for peace of mind, when really all I got was a death trap that ended up being a
money pit, as well. I hope no one ever has to endure the horrific and traumatic
experience that I did with these people.
