This was our initiation into Galveston Seawall food; my husband and I had just arrived to live only a few blocks from the restaurant, and it was our first meal on the island. We were VERY pleased with the food. The lump- crabmeat-and-shrimp-cobb-salad was heavenly (sweet crab, succulent shrimp, mild avocado, smoky bacon...MMMMMM!!!); also I HIGHLY recommend the shrimp appetizer that is stuffed with cheese & jalapenos & fried (sorry, can't recall its name). AWESOME!!
The service was okay; we were never kept wanting for anything except sodas a few times. I guess my only real gripe is the price -- over $100 for 4 people! OUCH!!! (no alcohol; I think we split two appetizers & each of us had an entree).
Pros: FABULOUS food!!!!, Cobb Salad, Appetizers
