Review content:
My family and I are in Galveston on vacation and decided to stop by the Pleasure Pier construction and noticed the FishTales restaurant directly across the street. We stopped in only to be told the wait would be about thirty minutes. We decided to stop by the bar at the hostess' suggestion and there we were blown away by the service and thoughtfulness of a bar back trainer who introduced himself as Quentin. This young man made a quick work of putting tables together in the bar seating so we could dine while being served drinks with no wait time. After turning in my alert buzzer, Quentin had even resourcefully put three high chairs together to let my nephew sit at the table square with the rest of us- a stroke of restaurant genius! We will definitely visit again when we return for summer break... for the awesome service, the great food and Quentin!
