Colonial Real Estate Property Management This was my very 1st family house I ever owned, Top of the hill Copperas Cove (^_^) where my kids grew up and were the happiest days of my life as a family man while ACTIVE DUTY ARMY / DESERT STORM VET. It was soon after my divorce 1994 that we moved out and I personally rented my house to what seemed a respectful family. Well my luck as it was, that tenant in a short 3 months tore up my house so horrible it cost me $14000 to put back in livable condition once again and was vacant 6 months. It was at that time I met with Patsy / ColonialPM, who put a highly qualified tenant in my house in less than a month and has ever since then, now over 13 years managed my house in nothing but an EXCELENT MANNER. Sure there has been many problems over 13 years however mostly on my part and or the house being old However Colonial Property Management has always helped me work through any problem, catch backup and even when I was out of work, They and Patsy: A) Once arranged a payment plan out of my rent income to replace the AC for our tenants minimum standard of comfort, and B) Another time worse, when I was near broke n homeless, They again helped me arrange payments to repair numerous things the tenant was asking for that I would not have been able to handle without Patsy / ColonialPM loyal and compassionate help! I think things do sometime go beyond control for anyone however it has been my personal experience and that of every tenant I have welcomed into my home over the last 13 years that has rented my house through ColonialPM nothing but Professional, Kind attention where they have always gone the extra mile to both make me the owner and my tenants happy.
