Chase Home Finance made buying our first home the worst experience they could. We had the unfortunate experience of working with Alison Mitchell, Matt Jones and Scott Walton. The sad thing is that each is the others boss, so if Scott Walton doesn't care why would Mr. Jones or Ms. Mitchell care either. No one succeeds at failure better than these 3. If you encounter these people in the business world, the best advice would be to avoid them at all costs. My wife and I were given 4 separate closing dates which 3 of them were false. For the first closing date I was out of town on business on a rond trip that was purchased months prior, so I purchased a one way ticket back to make closing which cost me $400. I was contacted by Ms. Mitchell on my lay over that we wouldn't be closing. All fo that money and time wasted, and unknown amounts of business lost because of Chase's failures and all we recieve is ""Sorry, I'm trying."" Ms. Mitchell eventually couldn't handle our file any more so she handed it to her boss, Matt Jones. Mr. Jones should not be allowed to ever be in contact with a customer. He should be a bouncer because he is great at running people off. He insulted my wife was 30 days late on of a date he promised to deliver refunds, he did nothing but mislead us and he refused to give me his boss's name because he knew he was screwed. I asked Chase 2 questions 1) We, the customer, hired Chase and this process was never on our time only Chases, why? 2) Why did the people Chase employs drop the ball? No one has answered. My boss confirmed with me if I treated our clients the way Matt Jones treated us I would be on the streets looking for a job. Do not use Chase Mortgage, they assume your hard earned money belongs to them as soon as you walk in the door and you will never be given respect, especially if you have to deal with the 3 above mentioned. You can thank me later. Cons: Service, Unprofessional, Disrespectful, Empty Promises
