Review content:
I have been a loyal customer for over ten years. I have two cars and two more for my driving children so it's pretty good business. I drove car #1 in this morning (January 16, 2010) and presented my previous receipt to get a discount off of my 20 dollar wash and all went well. I drove back in 20 minutes later with car #2 and again present my previous receipt for the discount however the girl at the register asks me if I want to spend 10 more dollars to get a ""Customer Loyalty Card"" when I decline she apologetically tells me that they no longer honor previous receipts for a discount and as I remind her that she just did it 20 minutes ago she tells me that was just a courtesy and she can't do it again unless I pay 10 more dollars for the card. Any business that charges a fee for their most loyal customers to get a discount flies in the face of any marketing strategy I have ever heard of. I won't be back and will advise my friends to avoid this scam as well. Cons: $10.00 Charge For Customer Loyalty?
