i had a cheap pair of boots that i needed the heel tip replaced.when i went in i was quoted a price of $14 for the heels. i was sugested toe tips and was told they would be only $6. i real didnt want them but figured for $6. was quoted a price of $20-22. ready in a week. they never called. i called was told another 3 days. they called after 3 days said they were ready to be picked up. i put $ 10 deposit and the balance when i got there was $20 more. total of $30. get your quote in writting or better yet go somewhere they dont lie.
