Review content:
I am a born and bread Buffalonian and now reside in NYC. I have lived here now for 8 years+. I planned my wedding from NYC and used calling cards because they were a fraction of the price of Kate's or any other place in NYC (or so I thought). I normally wouldn't write a negative review but I found help, including Rochelle the owner ridulously difficult to deal with. They knew I lived in NYC and told them that repeatedly. So approving proofs, sending the invites all had to be done via email and through the post. I even asked, if this was going to be a problem, please be up front with me and I will just do them in NYC. Everything was a hassle from getting in the proofs, having them email it, etc. Everytime they had a response of ""NO, we can't do that. I even offered to pay or have them use my corporate Fed Ex account. The attitude was appalling and in hindsight I would have gone elsewhere. My invitations came back with defects (which they did correct) but I was reminded AGAIN, that because I was out of town that made it that much more difficult. Were they serious? My husband and I couldn't believe it. If you are out of town planning an event I strongly suggest you go elsewhere. Too many headaches!!!
Pros: ZERO!
Cons: Difficult to deal with - Defective orders
