Review content:
Tolsdorf manager does not stand behind their work. I took my car to them for a oil change. They reccomended a radiator flush which I agrred to allow them to do. I only made it a mile away and the car overheated. There was not enough coolant in the radiator. When I took it back they named numerous excuses before the finally looked at it and they corrected the problem. I told them to make sure they note this in the computer records which I found out was never done. I was told that the next time I camein they would give me a discount for the problem they caused. When I went back to have my oil changed they never honored the discount. The manager statement to me was people try to scam us all the time. When I showed him the last service report he would not apply the discount.
