Review content:
I would like to start off and say that the make-up artist and the photographer were great; however the sales consultant sucked she first started my price out at $5100, when I told I was not paying that much she brought the price down a $100, this went on for two and half hours chipping away at the price $25 here and there but not getting it under $2000; even when I asked what was the minimum price that I could get out of the store. When I would ask her what the minimum price I could pay was, she would bump the price right back up to $5100 and not answer the question that was asked. Like I said before this went on for two and half hours, after they had said that the make-up, the photography session and picking out what photos I liked would only take two and half hours and that I could plan on being out of the store in two and half hours. After going around in circles for two and half hours and threating to only pay the sitting fee, I got out of there paying $200 for three sheets one 8X10, 5X7, and 8 wallets and I was supposed to get an e-mail sent to me that would allow me to print off my pictures; they sent the e-mail to the wrong e-mail address and now I have to wait another three days till I get the e-mail, so I paid $200 for pictures I am not going to even get to use. I got my pictures taken for my graduation now I am just going to have $200 worth of photos, which I am not going to get to use because the People at Glamor Shots do not know how to do their jobs. I will never go back and I am telling everyone I know, never to use Glamor Shots, even if you can afford to spend $5100 on pictures. My question for the people of Glamor Shots do you not understand that we are in a recession and also people that are going to spend $5100 on photos go to a real studio not a little hole in the wall in the mall.
