My 9yr old daughter loves this store and discovering how ""hip"" she can be. She wanders around and I follow amazed at all the stuff she can find that I could never dream of. The store is a bit small, but trendy and organized into creative toys, little boys, little girls and just plain funky kids stuff. If you're looking for racks of clothes and department store boredom, this place isn't for you.\r
The Salon for kids in the back of the store seemed busy, but given the small space and people milling, I wish they had a chance to get into a little more space. Overall, my daughter tells me that Hoopla has ""it"" , whatever ""it"" is. I believe her.
Pros: Great funky stuff. Part of walk-around Decatur shopping, right off Marta. Great staff.
