Review content:
I had some things that I needed to send to europe. Very important original documents. The guy trying to handle it was nice enough, but it seemed to be his first time trying to ship overseas. When he asked the guy who appeared to be the manager how to complete the forms he was told ""just put something in. Computer won't take it otherwise."" You could tell the guy trying to help me wasn't sure, but didn't have any other choice. The manager appeared not to care one way or the other. I didn't have enough of a comfort level to complete the transaction. I couldn't trust their handling of the papers. Wouldn't go back.
