I had to send this email to say thank you for the incredible service. I just opened my new policy for my puppy and 5 year old dog just a couple of weeks ago. I purchased the additional well program for my 14 week old puppy. I had a well appointment for her last thursday 3/4/10 and yesterday 3/8/10 I already received my check. I couldn't believe it. Actually, on 3/5/10, the day I faxed the claim in I received an email a few hours later saying the claim had already been processed. I never thought that it would have been mailed that quickly. I did a lot of research before picking a pet insurance company and found that your company had the best reviews and best coverage. I am so glad I went with Pets Best. I am in total shock at how smooth and easy it was to file the claim. Thank you again for the five star service.
