I decided to use Pets Best Insurance because I was unhappy with the previous pet insurance I had, which was not very good. My pet had cancer and it seemed like my previous coverage hardly covered anything.
I have been with Pets Best for about 2 years now (in December). They are easy to work with and respond quickly to my questions. They also are quick about tending to the claim checks and getting those to you.
Of all the different pet insurance companies out there, I think that Pets Best Insurance offers the best coverage.
