I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your great service
and help when my oldest boy needed it! A sizeable tumor was found in
Boz's spleen & some suspicious nodules on his liver. His spleen was
removed & the nodules were found to be benign, thank goodness. His
outcome may have not been so good if I had not gotten your insurance on him, since the surgery was not cheap. I received the reimbursement check in the mail 7 days after the claim was faxed to you, which was awesome!
I am an ER-registered veterinary technician & I see many pets that are put down because the owners are not able to pay for their care. I highly recommend your company to my co-workers and clients every chance I get! The security of knowing that you have that insurance gives you peace of mind.
