This dealer will offer competitive pricing but WILL NOT provide any resolution if the quality of the material you purchase isn't up to snuff. My 3000 sf order ended up with over 25% waste due to grossly inconsistent travertine that was sold as GRADE 'A' product. Warehouse manager was very courteous but owner wouldn't consider correcting even one tile. Unless you are planning to look at most tiles in every pallet, do not be 'penny wise' and 'pound foolish', pay the extra $1/foot and buy elsewhere!
Pros: knowledgeable showroom and warehouse managers
Cons: inconsistent product and poor business practices
