My 2007 Tacoma was in need of attention and I had been looking around for sometime for someone to clay bar, polish, and wax the exterior, but couldn't decide on a detailer. My wife had a car detailed years ago and the results were mediocre at best, we didn't have any recommendations from friends and all the detailer's websites look the same, so how do you choose?
When my wife asked me what I wanted for Father's Day I blurted out, ""Find someone to detail my truck."" She decided on Innovative Detailing and I couldn't have been happier with her choice.
Dave and his son showed up at our residence while I was at work and when I arrived home the exterior was pretty much finished and they were working on the interior. I was shocked at how my truck looked! I can't even remember the Tacoma looking that good when I brought it home new from the dealer. When they were finished I gave the truck a pretty good inspection and after they left I went over it again with a fine-toothed comb.
Innovative Detailing didn't miss a trick. The paint was showing a deep gloss and was nice and smooth to the touch. All the windows were absolutely spotless and even the inside of wheel wells looked new. The interior looked brand new again and I noticed that the plastic bezels over the gauges had been cleaned and polished.
The price that they charge for their service runs about average among the detailers I checked out online, but once I inspected their work and how long they labored over my truck, I honestly felt I got a bargain. Also if you ask, they don't hesitate to let you know exactly what products they use on your vehicle in order to keep it looking good.
I would not hesitate to recommend Innovative Detailing to any of my friends or family. My wife is looking forward to having her Mini Cooper detailed by them and I think I'll let them see what kind of magic they can work on my older Jeep Wrangler.
Pros: Honest, hard-working, meticulous.
