Review content:
I've been to this place twice and the service the first time was OK but the second time around was horrible. I asked them to place rubber underneath a pair of pumps I'd just bought. This is one of those places where you pay when you first drop off your shoes. I was in a hurry and just dropped off the shoes and had my card charged. This is partly my fault because I should've noticed that they had overcharged me then. However, I was too trustworthy. \r
I didn't notice the high bill, however, until a day before I had to pick up the pumps.\r
Still, I thought they would realize that they'd overcharged me because I had just one pair of shoes to pick up with only $25 worth of work, not the 40 something they'd charged me. I was wrong about this because the gentleman (the same man who overcharged me) refused to give me my money back. He was rude and not accomodating at all. While the work they do is OK, the customer service is horrible and I refuse to return. I don't know if the man overcharged me on purpose and kept the money for himself or what? The point is check your bill closely.
Cons: Horrible service.
