Review content:
My boyfriend and I were so psyched to try Tiburon after hearing so much about it. We made a reservation and were glad we did-even on a Sunday evening they were quite busy. There were several large parties dining that evening; however, we rarely saw our server. It was nearly an hour after we sat down before we saw our appetizer. Then it was another 30 minutes before we saw dinner. We don't like to be critical of service, so we looked around to see if our server was extremely busy, but he didn't appear to be serving many of the tables. The lighting was great--it constantly changes colors and is relaxing. The food was okay--our scallop appetizer was nothing to write home about and the entrees were tasty yet nothing special. Overall--an average dinner that lasted over 2.5 hours. Pros: ambience, romantic lighting Cons: SLOW service, loud large parties
